The Central County Community Development Corporation (CCCDC) builds on the Urban League's commitment to advance social and economic equality in low-wealth/high-impact neighborhoods. The CCCDC and Urban League's community investment model tackles intergenerational poverty through affordable housing solutions that build wealth in historically underserved communities.

EIGHT single-family homes acquired, renovated and leased for low-to-moderate income families; units remain in the UL housing stock
MORE THAN $500K Lent to nonprofiT developers Sunrise City Community Housing Development Organization, Inc. (SCCHDO) and the Minority Business Coalition to construct affordable units in Broward County
FOUR LOTS Granted by Broward County (2018) for the development of single family homes; homes completed and sold in 8 months; including pre and post-purchase counseling for all buyers
